Software not connecting
Situation:
On a Mac the Pet Tutor Control Console software does not connect to the feeder.
Answer:
Make sure the feeder is turned on and the remote is connected to the computer with the USB cable. If that does not fix the issue it could be related to Mac upgrades to OS X 10.10. Try uninstalling the Pet Tutor program and then reinstall it.
