The Pet Tutor^® is set to automatically adapt to many shapes and sizes. However, when the food is too soft or wet, it can stick together and form lumps too large to go through the opening. Do not use wet food (canned or raw). For best results use dry kibble or a trail mix of kibble and other semi moist treats.
